PMC is also registered in Maritime Authority Industry (MARINA). The purpose of this paper is to analyze how Phoenix Maritime Corporation can compete to its competitors and looking forward for the additional vessels from the existing principal. This paper will discuss the strategies of Phoenix Maritime Corporation can use in order to get new vessels and the importance of marketing and recruitment team as one of the keys in maritime business. This requires the company to develop the marketing plan and strategy in recruitment that will help to the progress of the company.
