With two decades of experience, the company specializes in safety, security, survivability, and sustainability. It is the first Filipino company on the US NIJ Compliant List of Body Armor, ensuring compliance with standards and meeting workmanship and labeling requirements. The company offers a wide range of services, including advanced armor (e.g. vests, plates, shields). gear and apparel (e.g. ballistic bags, briefcases), and other specialized products (e.g. riot equipment, pouches, cap). Their unique "Product-as-a-Service" model ensures clients maintain a competitive edge with the highest form of standards in quality. These varied offerings provide the company the potential to build a solid reputation for its brand and be the industry leader in the Philippines and Asia by 2030. The company's core values include integrity, respect, excellence, and accountability. Through this paper, Tactics SOG would be able to know its internal and external elements, opportunities, threats, weaknesses, and strengths, to enhance its position in the industry. Additionally, to comprehend other substantial factors and elements impacting the business, it is imperative to conduct thorough research and maintain vigilance toward its two primary rivals in the armor and defense manufacturing sector, Bulletproof Vest Philippines and Valyrian Armoring. After all the analysis is done, strategies that are relevant for the organization to adopt will surface using Fred David's approach to strategic planning and the production of numerous matrices. The key strategy that has emerged is centered on Market Penetration, derived from CPM, IFE, EFE, and GSM. In this strategy, the goal is to strengthen the company's resources and invest more in the advanced armor and gear and apparel segments. Lastly, the balanced scorecard gave the organization four viewpoints-customer knowledge, financial performance, internal business processes, and development and learning and used predictions to test and assess the strategy's financial drawbacks.| Item type | Current location | Home library | Collection | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode | Item holds |
