This is to propose the most efficient and effective elements to increase the market share and revenue that is aligned with the company's mission and vision. Methods applied were applicable to know the market positioning and market share of the company. The research strategy applied in this study was based on qualitative methods of the research and collection of information, primarily based on moderate discussion or interviews with the head of each department. It was decided to collect information this way in order to ensure the collection of all relevant information. Furthermore, this personal approach of interviewing was more operative, precise and efficient form of communication point of view. Some articles were being obtained for some useful information. The information that is obtained from each head of department were evaluated properly to ensure more precise and to perform the relevant strategy. The study covers a forecast and an analysis of the ceramic sanitary ware industry. This study provides a financial historical data from 2014 to 2018. With this, historical data will be used for forecasting from 2019 to 2023 based on their revenue. Additionally, the study includes the study of opportunities available in the ceramic Sanitary ware. In order to give a comprehensive view of the ceramic sanitary ware, we have included an analysis of Porter's Five Forces model for the market.
