The authors collect, review, and analyze data such as the company's activities and financial status using various frameworks and tools. These data can be used to develop relevant strategies that will assist the organization in revisiting its existing processes and maximizing its potential to become a profitable and high-performing company in the country. In this paper, the authors aim to provide helpful yet concise insight into the industry where A.G. Datacom belongs. Analyzing appropriate key and critical success factors in the industry and using Porter's Five (5) Forces will create an understanding and idea about the accurate placement of A.G. Datacom compared to their competitors. External factors are crucial to the business, and they can be an indicator of being an opportunity or threat to the company. Using External Factors Evaluation, the company wll assess how these factors can affect the company and their responses to sustain the business. They also evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the organization to come up with a good strategy using Internal Factors Evaluation. Different frameworks and tools are needed to formulate strategies for the organization, such as SWOT Analysis, Strategic Position and Action Evaluation Matrix (SPACE), Internal-External Matrix, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Grand Strategy Matrix, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). These tools help devise appropriate strategies for the business. After assessing different factors using the said tools, it showed that Product and Service Development and Market Development are recommended primarily alongside secondary strategies such as Market Penetration and Backward Integration. In the paper's implementation and action plan section, the strategy map was used to determine the success of recommended strategies. The departmental action plans are presented in general and department-specific actions and programs. These framework and tools align with the guided mission and vision statement to ensure the paper's subsequent development will be adequately executed. Using this paper's recommended strategies, the authors develop a financial projection to improve their financial position for the upcoming three (3) years. It shows the recommended business strategies - primary and secondary, that change the company's financial projection. Improvements in Account Receivable and Inventory are visible. Overall, a notable increase in revenue and net income are alsO presented in the financial projection. In the last part of the paper, evaluation and monitoring are strictly executed by utilizing the Balanced Scorecard, a complementary tool of Strategy Map, since they use the same perspectives. Different projects and initiatives are formulated to ensure that actual improvements occur at the end of the target year.
