The company must therefore keep watch of its main competitors such as 2GO and JRS. Using Fred David's methodology of strategic planning and the creation of various matrices, the strategies that are applicable for the company to be implemented appeared after all the analyses have been done. The main strategy has arose based various matrices of CPM, IFE, EFE and GSM.
