As such, specific identified critical factors highlighting competitive advantage were compared amongst major competitors of the company. Problems identified from the external and internal scanning as well as opportunities, threats, and other relevant findings were instrumental in formulating appropriate strategies using strategic management tools. Strategic and financial 6 objectives were determined and translated into business strategies after collating derived results. The formulated action plan which manifests the derived optimal strategy defined and itemized the implementation procedures inclusive of the accountable units or groups in carrying out the former. Utilizing projections, the financial impression of the strategies was tested and evaluated which is critical to the balanced scorecard that provided the measurement criterion in the financial, customer, internal processes, learning, and growth viewpoint of the company. Healthcare is essential because of the health issues that may happens to everybody especially with the emergence of a pandemic, the company's overall performance has been doubled.
