The focus is building on the Company's competitive advantage to improve on profitability, cost management and cash management. This study focuses on historical financial and sales performance, how the current COVID-19 pandemic changed and improved the income stream of ION and based therein, has updated business assumptions that led to various analysis and recommendation to further improve future profitability of the Company. Various financial, marketing, HR, Operation tools were used such as aggressive Market Penetration, revisiting compensation structure, efficient operations to maximize profitability were utilized and applied in this paper, thereby supporting a strong recommendation in further meeting financial and operational targets - including strong market position. Lastly, this paper incorporates a business continuity approach in light of the current pandemic situation of the world, including various options in ensuring seamless operation-s despite multiple macro interruptions - volcanic eruptions, typhoons, pandemic.
