Since its founding in 1993, the company has grown to a size of 200 employees and has had experience operating Pure Car Carrier, Ro-ro Cargo Carrier, Bulk Carrier, Container, General Cargo, Chemical Tanker and L.P.G. Tanker. In keeping with its philosophy, Fair Shipping Corporation has developed in-house training programs and a seafarer family welfare program that keeps its seafarers’ performance and motivation at a high level and customers ultimately satisfied. One of the problems of the company, however, is that the potential to grow in the market had been neglected in the past years. The company has been catering to only 14 primary clients for the past ten years. Although the company has been receiving consistent income for the years that it has been in existence, the potential for growth has been covered by a cloud of complacency. This study is aimed at identifying the opportunities for growth in the company and formulating plans, making use of the company’s strengths, while still striving to reverse its internal weaknesses. The company’s vision and mission is very commendable and a proposal for change is herein established to hopefully help in developing the company’s operation.| Item type | Current location | Home library | Collection | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode | Item holds |
