ABSTRACT : Grief counseling has positive effects even for college students whoseresiliency may sometimes be taxed by the loss of an immediate member of the family. This study indicates that even with just a few group sessions in grief counseling, the bereaved students' coping responses can improve . The study used Moos' Coping responses inventory -Adult to determine the improvement on the respondents' ability to handle their grief after attending 5 grief counseling sessions. 56
