This study assesses the Institutional profile of Midway maritime Foundation, Inc. with regards to the following variables: Goals, Curriculum and Instructions, Student Services, and Resources for school year 1998-2003. The study was centered on the entire academic community of the school and the entire graduating class of school year 2002-2004, with a total of thirty eight (38) faculty and three hundred ten (310) students. The descriptive method of research was used in the study with a researcher-made questionnaire as the main instrument for gathering data. This questionnaire was validated by the adviser, reader, the dean of graduate studies for education and nursing and by three experts in the field of maritime education. The method used both quantitative and qualitative descriptions of the level of assessment of the respondents. The data gathered were statistically treated to get the percentage, mean, ranking, and t-test to determine level of assessment, strengths and weaknesses and any significance difference. The evaluation of the Institutional profile of the school turned out to be sufficient because the school was able to provide necessary operational services and academic services alike. The data obtained revealed that based on the means of the variables, Goals, Curriculum and Instruction, Student Services and Resources which are 3.68, 3.81, and 3.59 respectively and are interpreted as all very good, that all areas of concern are moderately extensive and functioning very well. However, the level of assessment by the two groups of respondents revealed a significant difference with regards to all variables, which led to the rejection of the hypothesis. This means that there exists a difference of perceptions from those giving the services and those receiving such service.
