ABSTRACT : Thirty nine (39) elderlies in a hospice were assessed using the Fall Risk Predictive Factors Assessment tool. Out of the 39, 19 elderlies were categorized as high risk for falling. They were subjected to the Fall Risk Management Program, an intervention measure developed by the researchers to reduce the risks of falling among the elderlies. After weeks of intervention, the participants were reassessed using the Fall Risk Predictive Factors Assessment Tool. There were significant changes in the fall risk scores of the participants. The study indicated that the Fall Risk Management Program had a positive impact on elderlies who tend to fall. The Fall Risk Management Program may be utilized by health care givers of the elderlies. 56
