ABSTRACT: This study aims to describe the discourse on the online community of lesbians in the Philippines. The organization Lesbian Community or LESCOM was chosen as subject of the study based on the high number of likes it received in Facebook. The texts were gathered, filtered, shortlisted, and harvested from its Facebook page using Natural Language processing (NLP). Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) was used in describing online discourses that reflect the identity and community of lesbians based in the Philippines. The results are as follows : (1) the use of exclamation mark highlights the projected emotions by the community (2) the use of inclusive plural pronouns serve as marker for community group orientation; (3) frequent use of personal names manifest an inclusive community and (4) social conciousness is part of its organizational agenda. 56
