EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: TYPE OF BUSINESS: STUNTMANila is a pioneering service type of business aiming to cater parkour practitioners and enthusiast and enhancing the publicity of this new physical activity to the local market. Providing a safe and comfortable environment, STUNTMANila is also targeting to attract a major market at present which is the youth. The researchers of this business plan strongly believe the feasibility of this new breed of activity is high and expectancy of returns is very promising. Also, the principle followed by parkour or free running is an essential training for the young in developing good and responsible citizens of the country. Sociopolitical and financial factors are both found helpful to the economy as well as to the owner of the business. COMPANY SUMMARY: The team who will be handling the business is in-charge of all the activities that will take place in the business. Headed by the owner who is also the general manager, the team will do all the operation, auditing, marketing, and providing pakour training as another service the business will offer. Inview of this, STUNTMANila is fully aware of the hazards this activity bring that is why it offers services to beginners and experts can avail at a very affordable price. Asn an extreme sport perceived that extreme sports requires travel to outside the metro, now, people can get the feeling of high and zest at a very close location. MANAGEMENT: The team of STUNTMANila will consists of; 1 general manager, 4 traceurs, 3 wall climbing assistants, 2 physical fitness instructor, 2 cashiers, 2 receptionist, 1 security guard from an reputable security agency. USE OF PROCEEDS: The first four months of the scheduling of this business plan will be for the financing and other resources of STUNTMANila. It is plotted that some equipment needed for the operation will be outsource from United Kingdom because in the present situation the local market hasn't any equipments made for the facilities of free running. The designed obstacles for parkour will be shipped from UK to the Philippines. The secret partner or capitalist of STUNTMANila is assumed to grant the loan of the industrial partner also known as the owner and manager of the business. The loan and also the initial investment or start up capital is set to be a sum amounting to Php 7,500,000.00.
