Our business focuses on muffin out of sweet potato with different variants of flavour.  COMPANY SUMMARY:  Muffinesto is an enterprise that offers a different taste of muffin and provides varieties of flavor to choose from. Muffinesto offers a nutritious snack in a convenient open area that is managed and served by manpower equipped with the sweetest smile and consistency of courteous service that can brighten up customer's moods.  COLLATERAL:  	There is no need for collateral because all of the expenses will be shouldered by the sole proprietor with her own personal funds. The cash is sufficient enough from the starting capital of the business.  USE OF PROCEEDS:  	The initial capital of Php 3,000,000.00 will be used in purchasing all of the raw materials and necessary equipments to be used in the operation of the business; also it will be allotted in the payment of space lease, promotion and afvertisement.  MANAGEMENT  	Muffinesto will be supervised and managed by Ms. Arjelica Rhoede Tabanao. And to be able to reach its vision and goal. Muffinesto will maintain its competitive yet friendly environment. The management will be composed of the following : Store Manager, Cashier, Service Crew and Pastry Chef. Store hours will be from 10am to 8pm during week days  and 10am to 9pm during weekends.  PRODUCT COMPETITION  	Muffinesto will provide different varieties of flavors of muffin out of sweet potato . It will provide not only the people;s craving satisfaction but also helps on their health maintenance. The business provides freshly baked muffins all day every day.
