Chocolate underwent refinement until it reached the chocolate that we know today. Chocolates are said to have components that are both healthy and full of risks. Nowadays, people inevitably include chocolate as part of their lifestyle. The proponents, finding this problem, designed their study to inform the readers the health risks and health benefits of chocolates and proposed a healthy amount of chocolate to be consumed. This study is set in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila grounds. Fifty randomly chosen freshman students answer the survey questionnaire. The survey questionnaire is composed of ten close ended questionnaires and an essay question. Each respondents is given ample time to answer the questions. The proponents evaluated their answer and were put into tables. The proponents find it necessary to research for similar study or related articles. They have browsed the World Wide Web information. Some of one of these facts is from www.prohealth.com. It states that the amount of chocolate that an individual can consume a day 6.7 grams per day, if an individual consume more than what is prescribed the benefits of the chocolate will disappear. The proponents had therefore concluded that: - The reasons why the campus people eat chocolates were they believe that chocolates can decrease and increase their weight. Most of the respondents said that they eat chocolate just to feed their craving. - There are lots of chocolate forms that the campus people eat. They are fun of eating chocolate bars, chocolate confectionaries or cakes, chocolate drinks and chocolate breads. - In eating chocolates, the respondents felt a different sensation which they consider as good for them. They became hyper-active, fully satisfied and their metabolism became faster. - Counter part of the good effects, the respondents also believed and experienced bad things after consuming chocolate.
