Even with the use of modern technology such as audio and videoconference interaction and learning rate is still sacrificed. In terms of conventional presentation material or requirements such as slides and projectors, slides cannot be manipulated to ensure higher understanding about the presentation. Projectors have its own disadvantages for it needs a dark place to ensure high visibility. By doing, this other activity that utilizes lights is sacrificed. The proponents looked for a topic, which can resolve problems in distance presentations and reporting. The proponents starting point for the study is the Instant Messaging system named Windows Messenger. It is an Instant Messaging system developed by Microsoft Corporation for Windows users. Its main purpose is for messaging over the Internet however it has a further feature such as file transfer, and whiteboard. In addition, video-conferencing between users is also equipped in this system. The proponents however discovered that they can further enhance this system to satisfy the need for better presentation systems especially for users that distance is a setback in attending presentations or meetings. Windows Messenger, unfortunately, is not custom designed for presentations making it hard for users to trust the system. The whiteboard feature requires a lot of time establish an excellent graphics and as well as a multiple page presentation. Moreover, Windows Messenger can only be deployed over the Internet consequently can not be used over other network connection such as Local Area Network. The proponents aim to combine networking with computer-based presentation to lessen the problems, improve the way presentations and reporting is usually done and eliminates the barrier between the presenter and his audience. The use of new technologies such as web-conferencing and instant messaging, as well as the use of current presentation systems will be of a good aid in bridging the gap in communicating with one or multiple users. With the use of proponents projected system, users can attend presentations, conferences and meetings everywhere as long as there is a computer networked to the host computer. The proposed system Visual presentation implemented in a network will ease the users effort to attend a scheduled presentation and provide them with more comfort plus a more tenable environment ER -
