ABSTRACT: The study aims to assess the foreign and local tourists level of acceptance to Filipino street foods in Intramuros. Based on the purpose of the study the most suitable research design was quantitative research due to the fact that quantitative research focused on the quality of particular activity than in low often its occurs or how it would otherwise be evaluated. The design chosen by the researcher is applicable to the study since it describes the questions that are being stated in the research such as; what are the tourists' profile that visits Intramuros and what is the level of acceptance to Filipino street foods in Intramuros. For the sampling and technique that will be used for gathering data through the survey to random sampling technique, where the respondents will be selected randomly as long as these individual had visited Intramuros. For the instrumentation of the study it will be supported and directed by a survey questionnaire that will aid as an instrument in determining the research output. The statistical analysis of the study used the following statistical tools to answer specific questions. For research question part 1. The researchers identified the tourists' profile in Intramuros and further analyze the data applying the frequency and percentage distribution for research question no. 2 the researchers identified the Filipino street foods that have already been tried by the foreign and local tourists in Intramuros. The researchers had concluded that the level of acceptance of Filipino street foods in Intramuros are very acceptable by foreign and local tourists' could be considered as a tourist product. Another factor that was cleared out is the Filipino street foods are being patronized by tourists, both local and foreign, because of the experience they acquire from trying to eat street foods rather than the cheap price of the product. The results also suggest that the Filipino street foods has a potential in being necessary component to a complete Philippine travelling experience, given that it would be properly introduced into the spotlight of the Philippine tourism industry.
