EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The purpose of this study is to show that putting up this kind of business could be profitable. The study is divided into parts that explains further about how to put up and manage this business and how much are u going to spend to start this business and how much profit can u gain from this. There's a part of this study that shows what our product is, an ice cream made out of dragon fruit. It shows some positive effects of consuming our product, mainly to health benefits. And also the content of each dragon fruit which shows why is it that nutritious. And since our product is ice cream, weve also mentioned some health benefits of consuming it. Then this study contains also a marketing asp0ect which gives information about our target customer. In here also includes some strategies on how to make those target customers buy our product and some information about them on what they want., how often they buy, what flavour they want, and many more when it comes to ice cream. And it is also included in here some of our company's competitors and they are classified into two, the direct and the indirect competitors. Direct competitors are those businesses who sell the same product as us which is ice cream, our direct competitors would be the sorbeteros, they have only one product which is is ice cream. Indirect competitors are those businenesses who sell products that can be substituted from what we sell. These are the convenience store within the area like 7-11 and Ministop and also a fast food chain which is McDonald's they all sell ice cream but it is not their focus, they sell products other than ice cream. And in this study also includes the channels of distribution and some factors that might affect the market when buying ice cream products. It is also included in this study how to produce our ice cream, a step by step procedure in producing ice cream. And also the cost of producing our ice cream product. It is also included in here the location of our production area and our stall. This includes, a map and a layout of the business area. Legal requirements are also included in here and also the inventory and the suppliers who will be supplying our business operation. In management aspect, it shows the organizational chart from the general manager up to production, finance, and marketing manager. We also want to show that we, the key personnel would also be the one to produce and sell our product until the business earns enough to be able to hire employees. And in financial aspect, here shows the computation of how much are we going to spend for the business and how much are we gonna get from it. And last but not the least is the social-cultural aspect which shows the implication of our business to some factors in the area.
