N2  - EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:  The PADyak Co. (Pedal and Rive Your Absolute Kismet Company) is a business project that aims not only to earn profit, but also to help the financially challenged people in Bragy. Santolan, Pasig City that do not have thei own source of income. The organization will peovide pedicabs not only to furnish employment to a specific number of people, but for the existing demands of them because of the tricycles and jeepneys (its major competitors) inaccessibility to the customer's desired destination.  The PADyak Co. will acquire twenty-five (25) units of pedicab in its first six (6) months of operation. By continuous increase in demand, it will be reasonable for another 25 units of pedicab for the other half of the year. For the second year of operation, the PADyak Co. will acquire bicycles for rental purposes, just to give an emphasis to its name, PADyak Co. The partnership will also contact parents, schools and other barangays for special services - i.e. school services, parades and the likes. And for the third year of operation, the organization will add another twenty five (25) umits for Brgy. Manggahan, Pasig City. In return, those chosen drivers will have to give a standardized boundary of fifty pesos everyday (php 500.00/day).  The best quality of any means of transportation is what PADyak Co., is offering considering the mere fact that PUVs cannot enter mostly of the streets. PADyak Co. will conduct seminar about the rules and regulations not only of the organization but also the laws in line with the operation of the business. In order to be different from the usual pedicabs the people have known and to give rise to this kind of business, PADyak Co. will make sure the neatness of the phototype and the drivers as well.  Another aim of the business is to promote clean and green habit. In order to do so, PADyak Co. will provide small trash bin in each pedicab for disposal purposes. The garbage will then be segrated from biodegrable to non-biodegrable wastes. Since it is a pedel-and drive type of vehicle, it does not use fuel that could add to the pollution in our environment.  The PADyak Co. is a general partnership wherein eight partners are of corresponding shares. It is bound by Article of Co-partnership. General partnership may be formed by a mere contract between two or more people and a proof of existence. One big advantage of general partnership is that the partners are not obliged to register with the state and pay an often heavy fee, as they will do to establish a corporation or limited liability companies. The partners, not the partnership, are the ones who are taxed unless they will specifically choose to be taxed as a corporation.
