With flexible spaces that cater to a variety of practical, social, and professional needs, the development enhances the living experience for its residents. The ground floor features dedicated motorcycle parking, recognizing the high number of local commuters, while the second floor includes co-working spaces and function halls that encourage collaboration for studying, remote work, and small events. Residential units are located on floors three through ten, showcasing dormitory pod designs that prioritize efficiency and affordability. These living spaces are tailored for budget-conscious individuals seeking quality housing in an urban setting. A communal roof deck provides a welcoming area for tenants to relax and socialize. Overall, the Altura de Crisostomo Dormitory Pods fosters a vibrant, community-oriented atmosphere that positively impacts the surrounding neighborhood, making it a notable landmark for tenants, visitors, and potential investors.    NAME OF THE PROJECT  The project, Altura de Crisostomo Dormitory Pods, derives its name from the Spanish word altura, meaning height. Translated into English, Crisostomo Heights reflects both the building's vertical design and its location on Crisostomo Street in Sampaloc, Manila. This name also draws inspiration from Juan Crisostomo Ibarra, the symbolic protagonist of José Rizal's novel Noli Me Tangere. Known for his ideals of reform and progress, Crisostomo Ibarra represents the values of aspiration and ambition, qualities that the project aims to embody.  Altura de Crisostomo Dormitory Pods is designed to appeal primarily to university students and young professionals, offering a mix of compact, affordable, and modern living spaces with amenities tailored to their lifestyle.
