A. Business Description Soyaboi is a business that was formed under general partnership type of business. The company consists of 8 members, who are graduates of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Business Economics from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Each partner contributed P400,000 in cash, except for Mr. Cali who contributed his land and establishment that amounts to P2 million. The business was established in Ugbo, Tondo, Manila. The business would cater customers from ages 15 to 49 years old, since it is considered as active population. It means that the people aged from 15 to 49 are either studying or working, and it would be beneficial for their health and less time- consuming as well for them to eat our tofu patties. B. Market Analysis The market analysis of this study discussed about the study's market size, market segmentation, market growth, industry description, industry segment, competitive landscape, industry growth and sales projection, target market and market acceptability. These subsections pointed out the company's analysis on how the business owners should penetrate the market, with consideration to different factors needed such as demographics, psychological, behavioral, etc. C. Marketing Feasibility In this section, it discussed the company's geographical location, products and services, pricing strategy, and positioning and branding. The company's store and office are located in Ugbo, Tondo, and Manila. The firm would sell patties made out of tofu as an alternative for traditional beef patties. The firm would implement the economic pricing method. In this method, the company's goal is to set a price for its product that is lower than the prices of its competitors. D. Technical Feasibility The technical feasibility study looks at the company's manufacturing processes and tactics. It also tackled the process of turning raw materials into a finished product that is ready for sale, along with the equipment and machinery utilized in the manufacturing of the product that is being offered. In addition, it also discussed the facility's layout, size, and production schedule to help the company identify its activities prior to preparation and the store's opening. E.
