EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: NAME OF THE COMPANY Fresh AF (Fresh as Flowers) General Partnership derived from the two (2) english words Fresh and Flowers. The proponents came up to this name in line with the objectives of the proposed business - to market organic soap products. Moreover, the company name is also similar to the company name - Fresh AF. The reason why the proponents selected this particular business name to easily to determine that the business market organic soaps. COMPANY LOGO Logo serves as the representation of the business. To relate the logo design to the objectives of the business-to market organic soaps, the proponents used a single - line drawing of a woman wearing a summer hat and flowers on her ears. LOCATION OF THE ENTERPRISE The proposed business will sell the products through online store. The business will sell the products online via Shopee App- an online application specializing in e-commerce. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS Fresh AF is a soap company that manufactures all-natural various of soap in a highest of quality that provides a soothing feeling in the skin and cleanses the body at affordable prices. The company is a partnership type of business wherein founded by five individuals who are commited to create great quality of soaps, center at sustainability and shows transparency of the ingredients to provide proof that is all absolutely natural. The types of soap that the company manufactures are natural ingredients with a mixed of local flowers such as sampaguita, Ylang Ylang and Everlasting infused in the soap. Not only the company products is considered unique from others local competitors but the Fresh AF is dedicated to support an eco-friendly business that the materials for production and packaging are environmentally friendly. LONG-RUN OBJECTIVES The purpose of this proposed business is to determine whether the business will be feasible for 5 years but not limited to its goal. Thus, the following are the objectives of this study: 1) To provide a sustainable product in the local competitive market that promotes, health, relaxation, and eco-friendly ingredients. 2) To promote nationalism by supporting local florist and creating organic soap infused with national flowers. 3) To be recognize as an eco-friendly company and secure its brand in the market through innovative products. HIGHLIGHTS OF MAJOR ASSUMPTIONS The business chosed to manufacture and sell is organic soap. Since soap is an important necessity to our body needs simply to be clean and to be healthy making it demanding. According to the demand analysis there's a 59% acceptability in the market thus giving the organic soap business an opportunity of potential customers. In terms of production the process making of the organic soap is simple and hardly in needs of sophisticated equipments and only a few manpower to produce and in terms of ingredients, the factors in the making of organic soap are affordably cheap and common in the market therefore the cost of manufacturng an organic soap is low. Furthermore, according to the survey results there are 57% are unfamiliar to organic soap infused with local flowers allowing the business to make an impression in entering the market. Also, the business want to promote a sustainable product that cause less harm to the environment and promote health for the people, to support local florist by establishing a relationship as the buyer and supplier and promotes nationalism by using local flowers as a symbol of pride and identity in organic soap. The business will establish an Online Selling Platform because consumers preferred to use online selling platform for its convenience, timesaving, safety, payment through online and affordable price range. The business will create an account from the following platform; Shoppee, Lazada, and Tik Tok suitable for customers preferred online. With an online store it increases the business to reach wider audience eliminating geographical limitations and customer capacity of the physical stall. The products of Fresh AF are made from natural ingredients that doesn't contain any harmful substances which it's healthy for the skin and for the environment safety. Numerous competitors have nearly identical products such as lavender, charcoal, lemon grass, green tea, honey, etc. as a main ingredient but with a various type of soap. With this the product of Fresh AF is purely made from natural ingredients infuse with the local flowers giving us the advantage in the market since the product are unique. In comparison of prices the business set its range of prices lower than the other competitors thus making the product much more affordable to the masses. The business in terms of manufacturing is simple to produce requiring limited manpower and has a few equipment which has low maintenance, and the cost of raw ingredients are significantly cheap. SUMMARY OF FINDINGS The researchers provide a survey questionnaire to the 400 participants who use organic soap, whereas half of the respondents are from Metro Manila and the remaining half are from other provinces. Both location shows a high demand of organic soaps, hence making the proposed business easily to enter the market as the competitors did not supplied all the quantity demanded.
