A survey was conducted among 30 franchise owners of three prominent milk tea brands - Big Brew, I Love Milktea, and Infinitea. The survey results indicated that there is a statistically significant relationship between business sustainability and operational performance, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. The study employed a quantitative research approach, utilizing a structured questionnaire to collect data. The questionnaire covered various aspects of business sustainability, including environmental practices, social responsibility, and economic viability. Operational performance was measured through indicators such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The collected data was analyzed using statistical techniques, including correlation and regression analysis. The findings revealed a positive correlation between business sustainability and operational performance. Milk tea shops with higher levels of sustainability practices tended to experience better sales growth, higher customer satisfaction, and increased operational efficiency. The implications of this study are significant for milk tea shop owners and managers. It highlights the importance of incorporating sustainable practices into their operations. By focusing on environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and economic viability, milk tea shops can enhance their operational performance and gain a competitive advantage. This research paper contributed to the existing literature on sustainable business practices and offers practical implications for milk tea shop owners and managers. The findings underscored the potential benefits of adopting sustainable practices, not only for the environment but also for business performance. By embracing sustainability, milk tea shops can attract environmentally conscious customers, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize their operations. In conclusion, this study provided valuable insights into the relationship between business sustainability and operational performance in the context of milk tea shops. The findings emphasize the positive impact of sustainable practices on operational performance.
