N2  - EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:  Business Description: Most often, students need quiet and peaceful surroundings in order to boost productivity. The DND Study Hub, or the Do Not Disturb Study Hub, is a study and coworking space that offers and provides a dedicated workplace for students to study and brainstorm alone or with their peers. It aims to assure all students have a consistent, reliable, and positive customer experience by providing high-quality services in a disturbance-free and comfortable environment. Hence, the name.  The DND Study Hub is a two-storey building with approximately three hundred fifty-six (356) square meters floor area specifically located at 1523 Concepcion Aguila Street, San Miguel, Manila. It is surrounded by well-known universities such Arellano University-Manila, Centro Escolar University-Manila, La Consolacion College-Manila, The National Teachers College, San Beda University, San Sebastian College-Recoletos, the University of Manila, and more.  The DND Study Hub's tagline Ignite Your Mind Without Disturbance aims to help students to spark their ideas and knowledge in a space without being disturbed or distracted by any kind of noise. The business also utilizes brown earth tones as the color theme to keep a stimulating ambiance
