Abstract The research report seeks to conduct a thorough analysis of the employability obstacles encountered by graduates of the PLM Business School. This study examines the correlation between personal investment, educational experiences, abilities and proficiencies, and work experience in tackling issues related to employability. The study also examines demographic factors as mediating variables that can influence the relationship between self-investment and obstacles in finding employment. The study employed a stratified random sampling method to collect data from 377 PLM Business School alumni who completed their degrees in the past decade, with the exception of graduates from the BSBA Human Resource Management Course. The study outlines the demographic characteristics of the participants, their educational background, and their level of skills and abilities. The findings suggest that the participants largely concur that their academic experiences and abilities gained at the PLM Business School are advantageous for their professional trajectory. The report also examines the statistical methodologies employed for data analysis, encompassing descriptive data, correlation analysis, independent sample T-Test, and one-way ANOVA. The authors diligently addressed ethical considerations during the research process, which involved seeking approval from the appropriate ethics review board and adhering to ethical criteria. The study's findings offer significant insights into the determinants that impact the employability of graduates from the PLM Business School. These insights can aid in the creation of focused strategies to tackle difficulties related to employability.
