Focusing on workplace performance, employee development, and the learning curve associated with new digital tools, the research employs a quantitative correlational design with purposive sampling, collecting data from 71 respondents through structured surveys. Key findings indicate that digital tools enhance collaboration but show a complex relationship with productivity and accuracy.
