The objective is to analyze the presence of discriminatory components inside organizations. Another one of the study's objectives is to determine how prejudice affects the workplace and employees' productivity, particularly employee performance and satisfaction. The findings of this study, which were reached after surveying 43 Metro Manila employees who worked for a BPO company, will help companies manage discrimination issues. The study examines the reasons behind and effects of workplace and employee discrimination. The study emphasizes the need for action to reduce the lack of employment opportunities, enhance work performance, and reduce employee turnover, all of which are brought on by discrimination based on educational attainment. The human resources sector must eliminate any stigma associated with a person's educational background and focus instead on designing and building a better, safer, and more compassionate workplace ER -
