Abstract Microfinance, a financial service that provides small loans, savings, and other financial products to individuals and small businesses, has gained significant attention as a potential catalyst for economic development, poverty alleviation, and the growth of microenterprises. Microenterprises are small-scale businesses with a limited number of employees and low capital requirements often found in developing countries and are essential drivers of local economies. However, the extent to which microfinance contributes to microenterprises' growth and success remains a subject of debate and empirical investigation. In this context, the following research aims to explore the relationship between microfinance and the growth of microenterprises, evaluating whether the provision of financial services through microfinance institutions significantly impacts the expansion and sustainability of microenterprises. To address this question, the researchers conducted comprehensive analysis on the implications that influence both given variables. This includes the identification of three factors: (1) the demographic profile of micro entrepreneurs, (2) the business profile, and (3) the impact of microfinance to microenterprises in terms of accessibility, loan process, and payment terms. The study analyzes the data through a survey questionnaire as the main data-gathering instrument. This study employed both descriptive and inferential statistics to analyze the data. The findings revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between microfinance and the growth of microenterprises. Specifically, the results indicate that there is a positive moderate correlation between varying factors such as accessibility, loan process, and payment terms. This implies that when the impact on the growth of microenterprises using microfinance in terms of accessibility increases, the loan process and payment terms also increases or vice versa.
