N2  - Abstract  This research aims to identify the impacts of the usage of e-wallets on transaction efficiency among coffee shops within Intramuros, Manila. The researchers will examine its efficiency in terms of transacting as well as the e-wallet challenges and system errors that the customers or coffee shops in Intramuros, Manila may encounter. The researchers will gather information, conduct surveys, and search existing studies related to this topic to identify the impacts of e-wallets in transacting. The e-wallet has played a significant role in terms of transactions. Transactions play a vital role in business operations, making it imperative to comprehend customers' perceptions and preferences regarding e-wallets. Such insights are essential for enhancing customer experience and optimizing transaction efficiency. This study will also provide information on the e-wallet challenges and system errors.
