N2  - Abstract  This paper contains a comprehensive financial analysis of KABUHAYAN SA GANAP NA KASARINLAN CREDIT AND SAVINGS COOPERATIVE (K-COOP), a cooperative established in 2016 dedicated to providing financial support for its members by serving as a savings and credit cooperative. This paper aims to provide its readers and the cooperative an assessment on its stability, turn-over ratio, efficiency. profitability, and structure of assets. Using the financial statement and ratios, the researchers were able to study the cooperative's financial performance and enabled them to have an accurate interpretation of the company's overall financial health.  With a focus on managing and addressing challenges leading to lower-than- expected profitability, the researchers formulated a 5-year strategic financial plan. The plan navigates through a careful analysis of internal and external factors, incorporating strategic initiatives to enhance K-Coop's financial performance while maintaining its main philosophy to provide financial assistance while extending the importance of financial literacy to its members focused on financially marginalized individuals/groups/family
