Ph. StyleBible ph, FemaleNetwork com, and Cosmo ph, studying its pre-production, production stages, within the constraints of the seven M-components of management - manpower, material, machine, method, money, market and measurement. In order to fulfill the facts needed for the completion of the study, the researchers conducted in-depth interviews among qualified digital editorial managers, managing editors, and assistant editors from Summit Media's Summit Digital and PEP Inc. departments. After the necessary data were gathered, summarized and analyzed, the researchers have found out that each component is vital to the whole management and if even one component lacks or fais to function, the whole department will suffer as a whole. The manpower cannot function if there are no materials to work on with and no machine to hasten things up. The manpower will fail to achieve its goals if it fails to follow certain rules and methods set by the management for the betterment of the whole department and of the outputs everybody should produce. Without money, it will not be possible to put up the magazine on the web because a domain and a web serving host is needed first and foremost. Without proper marketing techniques, the site will not be made known to people and no advertisers will have interest. Without advertisers, the site will not profit at all for it is for free consumption. Yet again, without manpower, no one will market the site. Without proper market, the measurement will be low and insignificant thus, the site is considered worthless. To sum it up, there may be differences in the way the two department handle their sub-teams but as a whole, the manpower, material, machine, method, money, market and measurement all work together for the success of the entire department and its management in a way that each component needs this particular component in order to function ER -
