ABSTRACT: The Philippine Postal Corporations has been serving the Filipinos as the major postal company for two centuries now. As part of the country's history and tradition, there is a need to continue its service to the Filipinos and inform the general public about their reforms and new services. It is with this issue, that the researchers felt the need to find out the impact of the new services of the Philippine Postal Corporation and purpose a promotional campaign. The researchers conducted a descriptive research which incorporated a table and graph analysis. The primary data were gathered through survey questionnaire while the secondary data from interview schedules. The results showed that the public is not well-informed of the new services of PHILPost and among all the new services; Bayad Center is the most patronized. Most of the respondents patronize the competitor companies of PHILPost because the former have more branches in Metro Manila than that of the latter. Also, the lack of PHILPost's budget for advertisement as seen through the presence of advertisements in various media, negatively affects their brand awareness among the general public. The study's result guided the researchers in creating a promotional campaign that is geared towards the promotion of the new services of PHILPost to its target markets.
