ABSTRACT: In today's dynamic business landscape, effective field operations are critical for a company's success, particularly for organization like Trackify relying on field personnel known as Deployee. Deployee holds a privotal role in Trackify's marketing and sales strategy, personally introducing client goods to potential customers. However, the distributed nature of Deployee presents challenges in real-time coordination, location integrity, and authenticity in field operations. The study identifies key problems faced by Trackify, including the risk of location tampering, lack of data automation, and manual scheduling processes. To address these issues, the study outlines specific objectives: The study includes the development of an Android applications the Deployee and a web application for on-site employees, focusing on real-time location tracking, data transmission, and active scheduling. Limitations include constraints in modifying mock locations on Android and the confined scope of location spoofing capabilities to mobile platforms. The results demonstrate positive sentiments toward the proposed tracking system, validity monitoring, user-friendly interfaces, and notification mechanisms. The implementation of the Trackify system lays the groundwork for improved operational efficiency in field operations. The study recommends continuous refinement of the system, regular updates, and exploration of additional features to enhance Trackify's field operations further. User feedback should be considered for future improvements and expansions, ensuring sustained success in the dynamic business environment.
