ABSTRACT. Statement of the Problem: The study aimed to evaluate the complementation of the program, to identify the strengths and its weaknesses in order to determine the course of action that can be undertaken to maintain or improve its services. Methodology: The descriptive method of research was utilized in the study with questionnaire as the major instrument used in gathering the needed data. The purposive sampling technique was applied. Statistical Treatment of Data: The raw data gathered in the study were subjected to the statistical analysis which consisted of percentage, weighted mean, and measure of central tendency one way analysis of variance. Summary of Findings: Generally, the evaluation made by clients and service providers to the Lyceum Community Health Care Centers was Very Good. However, on certain aspects in the manner of delivery, these were significant differences between the rating of clients and service providers. These were service delivery of: counseling, general physical and diagnostic examination, family planning method provision, referral to other services and reproductive health seminar. There were no significant differences on the respective ratings of LCHCC facilities, information, dissemination, and community extension service. Conclusion: It was concluded that both groups of respondents perceived the Lyceum Community Health Care Center manner of delivery and services delivery as Very Good but to some extent, they differed significantly in their evaluation as to services on general and physical and diagnostic examination, family planning method provision service, pre and post natal services and follow-up/return visits. Recommendation: The major recommendation of the study was to strengthen the weakness of the LCHCC especially in terms of planning of activities. There must be increased efforts towards disseminating pertinent information regarding the presence of the facilities, services must be intensified and follow-up schedule should be arranged likewise. Furthermore, evaluation programs must be developed to strengthen the existing services provided by the Lyceum Community Health Care Center.
