This study involves 376 student respondents. A pre-experimental design was used in this study. The researcher utilized purposive sampling to get the needed number of respondents where in the respondents were selected based on a number of specific criteria namely. (1) respondents must not have been exposed to any labor and delivery classroom lectures (2) respondents must not have been exposed any Labor and Delivery ward rotation. Visual, Aural, Reading and Kinesthetic (Vark) tool was used by the researcher as a major instrument for determining the respondents Learning Style. Pretest and Posttest from the E-cart data bank was used to determine the Students Performance. Statistical treatments that were used are Frequency Distribution, Percentage, Mean, t-test, Multiple Regression, Repeated Measure MANOVA. An Input and Output model was adopted in this study to explain the effects of Learning Style and E-cart to Students Performance. Based on the data gathered and collated, it was found out that the majority of the respondents are Multimodal learners. During the posttest, the respondents have variable scores compared to the pretest scores. Based on the findings, there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores in labor and delivery concepts after using the e-cart. A significant difference also existed between pretest and posttest in labor and delivery concepts when grouped in terms of learning style ER -
