<br/><br/> ABSTRACT:  	The purpose of this study is to assess and determined the Motivational Factors of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila Nursing Graduates on their Actual Career Opportunities. Specifically it aims to answer the actual career choice of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila Nursing Graduates in relation to the motivation that influenced their actual career. The study participants are Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila Nursing Graduates from batches 2007 and 2008, who have successfully passed the Philippine Nursing Licensure Examinations.  	The study involved a 2 months data gathering process and a self-made questionnaire was provided for the respondents to answer. The study is more on the assessment and a descriptive correlation design is used in determining the extent of influence of these motivational factors and actual career choice of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila Nursing Graduates. The study involved the collection of data that assessed the respondent's different motivational factors that influenced their actual career choice which was analyzed, organized and interpreted.  	The result revealed that, In the actual career of choice, many have been in the choice of the unemployment status, that is related to unemployment if many registered nurses today. While registered nurses who has their job, hospital setting is the most nurse related job profession. Another result was, goal as a motivation. It is the most influential and the least influential of all was the socio-economic status.  	Therefore, according to the results, it was concluded that, there is a significant relationship between extent of influence of motivational factors affecting the actual career of choice of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila nursing graduates.
