The descriptive research was utilized with 154, 124, 75 and 46 nursing graduates during the School Years 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 respectively as respondents. First takers of the Nurse Licensure Examination who passed are the subjects of the study. The nine (9) major academic subjects and five (5) subject areas in Nurse Licensure Examination were considered in this study. The academic subjects were Anatomy and Physiology. Foundations in Nursing (NCM 100), Community Health Development (NCM 112), Promotive and Preventive Nursing Care Management (NCM 121), Curative and Rehabilitative Nursing Care Management I (NCM 131), Curative and Rehabilitative Nursing Care II (NCM 132), Course Audit (NCM 196), Nursing Leadership and Management (NCM 150) and Course Audit II (NCM 197) while the Nurse Licensure subject areas are from Nursing Practice I to Nursing Practice V. The data were subjected to statistical treatment using mean, standard deviation, Pearson r and multiple regression. The results of the study revealed that among the nine (9) nursing subjects the best predictor of success in Nurse Licensure Examination are Curative and Rehabilitative Nursing Care Management (NCM 132), Course Audit II (NCM 197) and Nursing Leadership and Management (NCM 150). And the equation model to predict passing in the Nurse Licensure Examination is shown in the following formula: 1. NP I = 33.870 + 0.326 (NCM 196) + 0.248 (NCM 132) 2. NP II = 23.587 + 0.372 (NCM 132 ) + 0.312 (NCM 196) 3. NP III = 33.171 + 0.296 (NCM 197) + 0.186 (NCM 132) + 0.076 (NCM 112) 4. NP IV = 23.317 + 0.410 (NCM 197) + 0.225 (NCM 131) 5. NP V = 38.121 + 0.383 (NCM 150) + 0.203 (NCM 197) 6. NP AVE = 30.163 + 0.280 (NCM 197) + 0.173 (NCM 132) + 0.135 (NCM 150) ER -
