This built up the idea why the researchers would like to know the incidence of hip flexor tightness amongst women who wear high heeled shoes. The study aimed to determine the incidence of having hip flexor tightness amongst women wearing high heel type of shoes. This study also focused on the relationship of demographic profile respondents including age, weight, heel type, heel height and their months of service in current work and hip flexor tightness. The researchers made use of descriptive method and purposive sampling. There were 3 major tools used in the study; questionnaire, Thomas test and goniometer. The assessment proper was done by a licensed Physical Therapist. The statistical procedures used in the study were frequency and percentage of the respondents with respect to the demographic profile, Thomas test and ROM of hip extension. The data and results obtained was presented in tabular form and was interpreted by the researchers. The researchers disseminated a researcher design questionnaire. The sample population is thirty four (34) respondents from Maricaban Elementary School and Commission on Appointments. All the data gathered were tallied and analyzed accordingly. The researchers concluded that the age of the respondents has a moderate direct significant relationship with hip flexor tightness on (R) limb and has no significant relationship on (L) hip flexor tightness. On the other hand, respondents weights, heel height, heel type and months of service has no significant relationship on both hip flexor tightness ER -
