However, there is a lack of studies investigating the effectiveness of stretching hip flexors and rotators in reducing pain and improving function for non-specific chronic LBP. Objectives: To investigate the effectiveness of the Elevated Pigeon Stretch (EPS) in reducing pain and improving function for non-specific chronic LBP for office employees with similar natures of work. Methods: Ten subjects with non-specific chronic LBP completed the study protocol. Bilateral EPS was performed for two consecutive weeks, thrice a week, on alternate days - a set of three repetitions performed with 30 seconds hold. The visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry LBP disability questionnaire were used to evaluate the subjects pain and functional status. Results: Oswestry Disability Index and VAS scores decreased (p<0.05) after the period of intervention. Conclusion: This study suggests that EPS for hip flexors and external rotators reduces pain and improves function in subjects with non-specific chronic LBP ER -
