ABSTRACT: The study employed the descriptive method of research. The instrument used in gathering data was the researcher-made survey questionnaire. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was also conducted to gather additional data and information. The study was confined to the ten (10) administrators and 103 teaching and non-teaching personnel of Holy Child Catholic School (HCCS) in Tondo, Manila as respondents. The data gathered through questionnaire were analyzed using the weighted mean, t-test and Pearson r. Specifically, this study sought to answer the following questions: 1. What are the dominant communication styles of the superiors of Holy Child Catholic School (HCCS) as perceived by the: 1.1 Administrators 1.2 Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel? 2. What are the prevailing types of organizational work climate of Holy Child Catholic School (HCCS) as perceived by the: 2.1 Administrators 2.2 Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel? 3. Is there a significant difference between the perceptions of the administrators, teaching and non-teaching personnel on the dominant communication styles of the superiors of Holy Child Catholic School (HCCS)? 4. Is there a significant difference between the perceptions of the administrators, teaching and non-teaching personnel on the prevailing types of organizational work climate of Holy Child Catholic School (HCCS)? 5. Is there a significant relationship between the superiors' communication styles and the organizational work climate of the school? 6. Based from the results of the study, what communication plan can be proposed?
