The study aimed to assess the student support services program namely; Guidance, Records and Admission, Computer Laboratory, Library, School Clinic and Student Affairs of selected STI Colleges and to come up with a comprehensive student support program to be implemented in all campuses. A total of 697 respondents from STI Cubao, EDSA-Shaw, Fairview, Global City, Makati, Ortigas-Cainta (ORCA), and Parañaque were included. This study employed the descriptive-correlation method. The students and program implementers claimed that Computer Laboratory program implementation is at large extent. The students rated the Guidance, Records and Admission, Library, Clinic and Student Affairs Program with moderate extent of program implementation. The program implementers rated the above mentioned program with large extent of program except for the clinic with moderate extent rating. The Computer Laboratory got a very good level of satisfaction on the quality of the services offered from both groups. The Guidance, Library, and Student Affairs, got a good level of satisfaction from the students while the program implementers, rated it with a very good level of quality satisfaction. The School Clinic and Records and Admission Programs, is rated by both students and program implementers with good satisfaction level on the quality of the services. There is no significant deference between the assessment of the student respondents and the program implementers on the extent of the implementation in the guidance program, school clinic program and in the program of the student affairs. Only in records and admission, computer laboratory, and the library programs showed significant differences. The records, computer laboratory, and the library programs showed a significant difference on the satisfaction level on the quality of service between the students and the program implementers. The guidance, school clinic and student affairs program, showed no significant differences. The Guidance Program showed a moderate significant relationship on the extent of implementation and the level of quality satisfaction, while the Records and Admission, Computer Laboratory, Library Program, and the School Clinic showed a significant relationship. The problems encountered by the students of the student support services were generally rated as minimal to moderately serious while the program implementers expressed moderate to serious level.
