The approach focuses on the basic elements in an open systems model of an organization such as inputs, transforming processes and outputs, which are used at the same time as the research problems of this study. With view of sustaining continued quality improvement of the university, internal resources were analyzed to help the administration uncover areas needing attention as well as identifying areas of excellence. Five (5) groups of respondents were included in this study namely; academic and administrative heads, faculty member, non-teaching personnel, students and alumni from 2000-2005. The research instrument was constructed based on available literature but with modification to suit the thrust of the study. To establish its reliability and validity, it went through several stages. The final draft was constructed after consultation with the adviser, reader, panel members, and the Dean of the Graduate School. It was piloted to experts in the fields for the necessary corrections. Non-random or judgment sampling was utilized in selecting the respondents of the study. A combination of purposive and quota sampling were observed. In treating the quantitative data, descriptive statistics was sought since it is concerned with the gathering, classification, and presentation of data and the collection of summarizing values to describe group characteristics of the data ER -
