Statistical treatment used in answering the specific problems were mean, weighted mean, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The findings of the study show a very satisfactory level of teachers' performance. However, the school performance in science is still at the borderline or moderately low proficient. Science instruction was generally perceived by the stakeholders as very satisfactory as shown by strong integration of technology and internet in learning experiences designed by the science teachers. Moreover, there is a significant difference among the perceptions of the stakeholders in terms of laboratory equipment and supplies, and Instructional materials. On the other hand, absence of significant difference was observed among the stakeholders' perception of the stakeholders in terms of physical plant and facilities, teaching aids and devices, teaching strategies, and types of assessment.
