Freshease express: A feasibility study on cultivating pechay tagalog - Feasibility Study: (BSBA major in Business Economics) - Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, 2024

ABSTRACT: The name of the business, “Freshease Express,” is derived from the word “Fresh”, which used to describe vegetables as newly harvested, and “Ease”, which means easy. The word “Express” was added as the company’s target is to deploy fresh Pechay to the market quickly. Pechay is a key ingredient in many Asian dishes, mainly Filipino dishes like Nilaga and Bulalo. Due to its leafy vegetable structure, it is known to grow vegetables quickly by incorporating modern farming techniques like hydroponic. Usually, it takes 30-45 days to grow before it can be harvested. Making this vegetable an easy and excellent source of money to farm.
