This study would use Pixel Art to produce Vector images. Vector Images are artworks made from combination of various shapes and lines. This study aims to enhance the algorithm by making it able to detect and handle images with dither, to differentiate parts of the image so that it can identify which parts are to be blended or to be split, and to detect and adapt to protruding corners by adjusting the control point for the B-spline extraction that will result to sharp features, thus reducing the unnecessary smoothing of the rescaled image. In this study, the descriptive research approach was used to gather information as to what the optimal output of the application needs to be. The Existing Algorithm itself stands better than other algorithms of the same field but after thorough research the algorithm still has its limitations and can still be improved. Now the enhanced algorithm produces better output than the previous making the images look more realistic and more pleasing to the human eye. The algorithm has been enhanced but can still be improved, by making it able to handle real world images, making it a viable filter option for games that use pixel art, and using a more reliable aliasing algorithm; F ER -
