Analyzed were the strategies used by the teachers, the interests of students, and the strengths and weaknesses of the Music program, to come up with an integrative program for the Teaching-Learning of Music. The descriptive method of research was used with the questionnaire as tool for data-gathering. Through the analysis and interpretation of data, the following conclusions were arrives at -that (1) No significant relationship existed between the teachers' perception of the interests of students and the teaching strategies used and (2) No significant relationship existed between the teachers' personal characteristics and their educational attainment, number of years teaching music, and musical instruments used in teaching Music. Through the analysis of responses, the respondents were one in saying that the time allotted for music instruction is too short to be able to teach the other areas of music. To remedy the situation the researcher came up with a proposed plan of integrative music instruction where several areas of Music may be developed during the limited period. Among the recommendations forwarded was the training of teachers in the use of multi-media in teaching music such as Web-based Instructions (WBI), Information Communication Technology (ICT), Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), and Blended-Learning, among others. Recommended also was the updating of materials used in the classroom, and the upkeep of musical instruments in the music classroom. With these, the researcher hopes to raise the level of music instruction and enrich the students' knowledge and love for music.
