Thirty-seven institutionalized survivors of incest. Thirty-seven institutionalized survivors were randomly assigned to Reality Therapy, Psychospirituality, and Wait-List control groups. Treatment groups received consecutive daily sessions that lasted from one-and-a-half to two hours.
