<br/><br/>   ABSTRACT: This case study focuses on the perspectives of barangay health workers (bHWs) from Rodriguez, Rizal towards the sustainability of Primary health Care (PHC). It also illustrates BJHW's challenges in delivering PHC. It analyzes the BHWs motivationsand the conditions which influence their perspectives. Finally, it recommends strategies to ensure the sustainability of Primary Health Care in the community.
