The respondents were the sophomore college students from the College of Engineering and Technology (CET) at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM). They were classified as high or low academic achievers depending on their general weighted average (GWA). The different tests utilized were: the Personal Data Sheet, Culture Fair Intelligence Tests, Survey of Interpersonal Values and Self-Awareness and Personality Type Questionnaire.
