Sometimes these children are labelled as troublemaker, or criticized for being lazy and undisciplined. However, they may be have ADHD. Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder that appears in early childhood. You may know it by the name attention deficit disorder. ADHD makes it difficult for people to inhibit their spontaneous responses-responses that can involve everything from movement to speech to attentiveness. While attention deficit disorder is not caused by bad parenting, there are effective parenting strategies that can go a long way to correct problem behaviors. Children with ADD/ADHD need structure, consistency, clear communication, and rewards and consequences for their behavior. They also need lots of love, support and encouragement. There are many things parents can do to reduce the sign and symptoms of ADD/ADHD without sacrificing the natural energy, playfulness, and sense of wonder unique in every child. In this study the proponents utilize the competency of mobile application to assist parents on how to mitigate their child's ADHD. ADHD Mobile Assistant provides a partial assessment to allow parents test if their child has a possibility to have an ADHD, it provides guidelines and recommended activities, evaluation and graph to show progress, and center locators. Surveys from parents with ADHD positive child shows that mobile application such as ADHD mobile assistant can be a great help for parents to properly guide their child to mitigate the disorder while putting their child's energy and spontaneity into good use.
